Rose leads the Global Mobility team for Philip Morris International and has responsibility for the strategy and delivery of mobility services for employees moving internationally and domestically across PMI. Rose is an experienced Mobility professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and oil and gas sectors leading large programs in mobility. She is based in the London office and works with a team of 60 global mobility professionals around the World as well as specialist vendors with expertise in personal tax and social security, immigration, destination services, and international payroll. Rose is also a member of the Location Review committee for PMI, assessing remote working risks and location of roles, and has responsibility for Smart Work, PMI’s approach to hybrid and remote working. Rose is on the Board of the International Dual Career Network representing PMI.
