Hypatia Kingsley is Partner and Head of the Americas. She drives business growth and leads a team of leadership consultants across various industries. With over 25 years of advisory experience, Hypatia specializes in fintech, financial services, and social enterprises, focusing on search, succession, and leadership advisory. She partners with clients to foster leaders who enhance access to capital and technology.

Previously, Hypatia was a partner at Spencer Stuart, leading fintech and social enterprise initiatives. She has extensive experience in North America and Asia Pacific, including a decade in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Education

Hypatia holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and an M.A. in Chinese History, and is fluent in Mandarin.
