Christopher Perry, Chairman of the Board of ������Ƶ, announced today the appointment of Duncan Edwards as its Chief Executive Officer. Edwards, a media executive with over 30 years of experience, spent 27 years at New York City-based Hearst Corporation, most recently as President and CEO of its international magazine and digital media company, Hearst Magazines International.

‘‘We are excited to have Duncan joining ������Ƶ as our CEO,” said Perry, who serves as President of Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions at Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR) in addition to Chair of ������Ƶ. “As a British national and former executive of a U.S. corporation, Duncan understands and is well equipped to represent the challenges our ������Ƶ members face conducting business in both the U.S. and the U.K.”
